GCC Servicing Systems promotes two executives
SOUTHFIELD, MI – February 3, 2009 – GCC Servicing Systems, a Southfield-based mortgage servicing provider, announces Jeff Augenstein and Jeff Cerny have been promoted to Vice Presidents.
Augenstein administers the GCC’s daily operations and product and software development. He was the company’s director of software services. Prior to joining GCC in 2000, he had over 20 years of experience working on data bases for the health care and financial industries.
Augenstein graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence Institute of Technology (now Lawrence Technological University) with a BS in business administration and a major in business systems. He resides in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife and two sons.
Cerny oversees liaison activities and special administrative projects with key financial customer accounts. He was the company’s manager of customer and product development. Prior to joining GCC in 1994, he spent four years as an assistant vice president in the mortgage servicing department of a local bank.
Cerny received a BA in business administration with a major in finance from Central Michigan University. He resides in Oakland Township, Michigan with his wife and two children.
