GCC Servicing Systems enhances document storage
It’s now easier and faster


SOUTHFIELD, MI – January 29, 2010 – GCC Servicing Systems, a Southfield-based mortgage servicing technology firm, announced it has enhanced the document storage capabilities and functionality within G/SERV, its robust mortgage servicing platform.

G/SERV’s Stored Documents, launched January 18th, lets clients retrieve Payoff Letters and 1098’s in a PDF format for each individual loan.

GCC President, Glenn Liebowitz, said “Our client’s customer service representatives now have loan level access to documents sent to a borrower. This improves our clients ability to answer borrower questions since they now have fast and easy access to images of the borrower’s documents.”
