President Glenn’s 37+ years of mortgage servicing experience provide a solid foundation for guiding the company he founded in 1977. Known for his steady and no-nonsense approach to business, he oversees the strategic direction of the company’s products and services. Glenn has been a respected and active member in the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and community. 


Jeff Augenstein
Jeff Augenstein
Vice President, Development and Operations
Jeff joined GCC in 2000 and he is responsible for GCC’s daily operations and product and software development. Prior to joining GCC, he spent over 20 years developing software for the health care and financial services industries. He graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence Institute of Technology with a BS in business administration and a major in business systems.

Jeff oversees liaison activities and special administrative projects with key GCC customers. Prior to joining the GCC team in 1994, he spent four years at a bank as assistant vice president in servicing. Jeff received a BA in business administration with a major in finance from Central Michigan University.

 
Brian Dharte

Director of Sales
Brian has over 13 years of management and national sales experience in the mortgage lending technology and compliance industry. His expertise helps with developing and implementing GCC’s marketing, sales and strategic planning goals.  Prior to joining GCC, Brian spent the majority of his career in leadership roles with VMP Mortgage Solutions and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He received his BA from Michigan State University.
Deborah Geller Kupel

Customer Support Manager
GCC customers get to know Deborah since she leads our top notch training at customer offices, online and on the phone. She’s been in mortgage banking since 1978 and she’s happy to answer questions and help customers learn how G/SERV makes their lives easier. Deborah’s customer knowledge and research experience help GCC lead the industry with product development and software support. She also is an expert with secondary market reporting and she holds a bachelors degree from Wayne State University.
Catherine Beall
Catherine Beall
Customer Support Manager
When it comes to maintaining our high level of quality assurance, Catherine oversees our superior level of document security and accuracy. She’s also an expert with credit bureau regulations and compliance issues. Whether it’s preparing delinquent notices or creating year end reports, Catherine makes sure all written communications are generated and distributed within mandated deadlines. She has worked in the mortgage industry since 1972 and has been a GCC user since 1978.
